TASTING NOTES:
- View: Intense and attractive ripe red cherry color with violet edges. Brilliant.
- Nose: The main attraction is the red fruit, varied, juicy, very expressive spices accompanied with notes of coffee and toasted subtle and elegant. In perfect balance and great harmony.
- Palate: powerful, very intense. Good tour, light and very tasty. Juicy fruit. Good acidity and soft tannins. Long and very nice.

VINEYARD: Bodegas Perica
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo

AGEING: Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months
METHOD: Made from Tempranillo selected in the same field and with a double selection in the winery. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wooden vats of 6,500 l, a process that takes about 6 months.

MATCHING WINE: Rice, sausages, semi-hard cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 16 º C
